Onboarding

We built a comprehensive user onboarding journey, segmenting the information being collected at each stage. A funnel was also set up to collect data and analyse where users are potentially dropping off. We iterated on this user journey to provide a seamless experience to the users.

Feed

A feed was built which contained a mix of content from forums and other users. We worked on an algorithm to ensure users see content that they are most likely to interact with and find engaging.

Matchmaking

Parents / expecting parents were paired with other like-minded parents so they could socialise and align on common challenges.

Live chat

We built a real-time chat system with one-on-one and group messaging, featuring typing indicators, read receipts, and smart notifications. Optimized for scalability, it ensures seamless and reliable communication.

Forums

We built an interactive forum where users can engage in discussions, share insights, and connect around common interests. Designed for seamless interaction, the platform ensures relevant content discovery and a smooth user experience.

Integrations

We worked with Preglife’s team to build a comprehensive integration suite as a middleware to integrate with 3rd party providers. This served as a layer that could be conveniently used to add more integrations without requiring frontend releases.

Extensions

We provided Preglife with a web application that could be seamlessly integrated into the existing mobile application. This allowed for over the air updates to insurance related module without having to force users to update their applications.
